EA is going to rock the gaming world with their yet another addition to the Racing simulator series, Need For Speed. This time they are going to call it Need For Speed Undercover. The EA has not provided sufficient details as yet. But the details it has provided are enough for all of us to wait eagerly for Undercover’s launch later this year. The EA tell that one of the two EA Vancouver’s NFS teams are behind the Undercover. Electronic Arts CEO John Riccitiello also told that the movies like The Transporter are the main inspiration for this game. What we can make of it is that there will be yet another great story line in this Release of NFS which the previous one, NFS ProStreet lacked. Need For Speed team has not lauched any game in the previous two years, so they have had enough time at their hand to take this game to perfection.
The EA failed to reveal what consoles this game will be lauched for. But keeping in mind the previous reputation of NFS games, we can say that this game will be lauched for evry major gaming console out there including the PC. For now check these screen shot of the NFS undercover.
Update: NFS Undercover is set to realease on November 18, 2008. You can Pre-Order your Copy of Undercover at Amazon now. That means you will get it as soon as it launches.

if you people at EA are reading this i have bought every nfs game you made since hot pursuit 2 but for nfs undercover could you please include the following things. open world, more then 50 cars, customization from the main menu(you get to customize your car for free not in career), a little bit of damage not like prostreet where it looks so fake and not like most wanted where the windows crack something like if you crash into a wall your headlights will turn off and and the hood will crunch up a little and the bumper will snap, also can you put day night changes and one more thing could you put these cars in the game.

plz make sure the game play is like most wanted. and also graphics level is of very high quality.as it will require series 8 graphics card(8500gt,8600gt & above). the story line should be great as nfs carbon.the game should be a huge one about 10 gb.

Yes, ive bought every nfs games since hot pursuit 2. I am a big die hard fan of nfs. Maybe you should include some things from all the nfs games and put it in one big game. You should also include more than 50 cars. More like 100 cars/ trucks/bikes. Like the 2000 Honda Civic si,2007 Honda Civic si, Acura Nsx.Ford Shelby Gt500,GT and the vehicles of svt.Dodge charger,challenger,magnam,and the ram srt10.Chevy vette z06 malibu,silverado.Subaru wrx sti.Mitsubishi evo 9. Basically cars you would find on the streets.

Yeah EA you guys have the best graffics ever and the best games specialy need for speed but how kool would it be if u put real life maps on the game and walking mode jacking cars and stuff to steel parts for your car and u gotta put subwoffa customization and interior stuff in it and put in a crib for your guy as well and a proper custom garage and more bonus stuff clothes and funiture and girlfreindz and freinds etc that u can talk to n they r at ur crib and put in lik a phone ipod and jewelery well there just a few things to max out the game play and put in a celeberty actor and chick….both would b kool
can’t you put some cheap cars in there like saab 9-3 viggen and please do so we can put in subwoofers and that things like in underground 2 and 1 more thing make so we can cruise around FREE like in carbon .not in pro street
I agree with everyone who says that EA should keep a section in This release where all things are free. Of course not in career mode, but how many times have we tried to drive a car only to find that it locked and we need to spend nights unlocking those thing.
please EA, put in lots and lots of exotic cars, lots and lots of customizations (for example, like in NFSU2 or Midnight Club 3), lots and lots of free-roaming citys, lots and lots of cops, lots and lots of gameplay options (for example, drift, drag, point-to-point, boss fights or something like that). The Aston Marton DB9 is in the game though.
There is a story mode.
There are weather/time effects.
The cutscenes are very nicely put together.

Could we please have some kind of Scion in one of the upcoming racing games from EA? I don’t think any video games actually have a Scion in them, although there were a few PS2 games with the Japanese equivalents of the Scion cars. Like I remember that Gran Turismo had the Toyota Ist, the Japanese equivalent of the xA.

Will we still get to drive the BMW M3 GTR from Most wanted and Carbon? What are the starter cars? Do we still get all the same customizing options from NFSU2, Carbon, Pro Street, and Most Wanted? Like neon and interior mods, do we make our own body kits, or is it packaged like most wanted? I hope they got the Ford GT and the Saleen S7 Twin Turbo. This game looks so damn tight especially after watching the trailers.

this game will be nice if EA put some classic cars like camaro, plymouth, dodge charger…will have to be lots of freeroams, pursuits, and more than 50 cars on career mode, lots of customizations and will be good if have wheather and time effects.
Yea, For everyone who wants to see the ferrari in need for speed undercover there is a 1 in 10 shot that it will happen. I mean think about it how often do you see that expensive of a car on the streets let alone racing. For whoever wanted to be able to walk and jack cars dude this is NFS not GTA 4. Im sure the game will be good , but please for gods sake stop talking about the damn Ferrari it’s not the greatest car in the whole world.

I have played each and every nfs made…the best was ‘most wanted’.If this new nfs is to be perfect, it should be similar to ‘most wanted’ but with more.Day time should not only be the available racing time.Night time is the what makes the racing gr8.Also hope that new cars will be brought like the ferrari baughetti(i dunno if am wrong with the spellin) and others.Also to make it better, customisation should be based on the need for speed 2 game and more.Graphics should be perfect since we should expect to play it on HD and on PS3.anyways wish the designing team all the best and hope it’ll be the greatest:-) thanks
If this game is going to be an all time seller, they will have to change a few things. I’ve played every nfs game so far, and i love the speed. But sometimes speed isnt so reasonable, like getting a civic to top out at 240mph within a 1/4 mile, thats just stupid. And i’d really like to hear the redlines like real life. not fake stuff. The turbos and superchargers have to be LOUD like real life, and tire smoke has to be real. Like when burning out, lots of smoke like pro street, not like underground 2. Most wanted was great, the story was good, but i didnt find it challenging till later on in the game. There should be normal life like features like, gas tanks, windshield wipers, smoke from the engine when overheating, and blown trannys and stuff like that. And if theres a supra in this game, make sure the turbo in it is LOUD like real life. And please have a svt cobra, thats my fav car. And if theres any mustangs, please let us have the choice to add a kenne bell supercharger, i love those. If you could do all of this stuff, the game will be so incredible, you wont have to make any other nfs’s. thanks ea for making this game.
